Put together well with size and length on a frame that can get bigger. Works on and off the ball as an aggressive blocker. Can play attached but has the versatility to line up and multiple spots in the pass game. Can threaten the seam vertically to stretch the defense and is quick transitioning from catch to tuck to become a runner. Like the way he catches the ball with his hands and can work in traffic to hang on to the ball through contact.
Plays physical but is lean and will benefit from added bulk and strength for next level. Willing blocker who can polish his technique. Works with high pads and narrow base on contact – will get even more push with better fundamentals and running feet on contact. Productive pass catcher but shows a limited route tree. Like to see more of his ability to transition and create separation out of a break.
Continue working to add good body mass and increase overall strength levels. Athletic kid but can still add more explosiveness to his game after the catch and with tight quarter movements. Work hard on the little things technique wise with blocking and continue to improve. Continue to work route running and ball skills – can never catch enough passes.
Productive prospect with nice size potential and possible position flexibility. Shows the physical tools to where he can continue working into a solid contributor at the next level. Current video shows he should be getting a lot of Division II and FCS interest with continued growth and development.
